I recently purchased an Eskute electric dirt bike and overall I’m really impressed. The bike itself is powerful, fun to ride, and feels well-built right out of the box. It’s exactly what I was hoping for in terms of performance and quality.There was a small issue when it arrived—the headlight was missing—but what really stood out was the customer service. The company was very easy to get ahold of, responded quickly, and immediately started working to fix the problem without any hassle.Mistakes can happen with shipping, but great customer service makes all the difference. Based on how they handled everything, I’d definitely recommend Eskute and would buy from them again.
Exactly what I wanted! Arrived earlier than expected date. I have been using for two weeks now to commute to work. Also using it on the weekends to just ride around. Hands down one of the best purchases I have made.
Bike stopped working within 2 months. Customer service is non existent. Throttle won't engage the motor. There is ZERO help through customer service. Money down the drain. Buy a reputable brand that stands by their product, NOT QNUT.
