I recently purchased two QNUT Victor Electric Mountain Bike, one black and one white. and I couldn’t be more impressed with the overall performance, build quality, and value this e-bike offers. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell that this was a well-engineered machine designed for both functionality and fun.

I've had the bike for almost 5 months and love it...it is great. But I am having trouble with changing the brake pads. There are two little red brake pad holders (or the pads themselves) and I can't get them out. I wrote to Totem and they sent me links to videos that have nothing to do with the bike they sold me. Do you know how to remove them? It looks like they should pivot right out. Any help would be appreciated.
Could not be more pleased with our Totem Victor bikes - yes, you heard that right. My wife and I each bought a Totem Victor bike. Hers is white and mine is black. right out of the box we could tell these were very high-quality bikes. I was able to assemble them very easily, and we were riding both bikes within a hour or so. The battery assist on the peddling was incredible. We are super happy with our bikes. We are looking forward to many fun and healthy adventures thanks to Totem.
Bought my bike for hunting. My 30 minute walk in turned to 7 silent minutes on the Totem E bike. Really saves me time
Ordering and delivery of my purchase was spot on! Had to purchase some additional screws, as they were not all included in the boxed shipment; but no worries. My first E-bike. I love it! I ride it every day to work. The only problem is the Totem decal on seat whore off from use, no big deal. Great bike and well worth the money! Shipping was on time. Thank you everyone that works at Totem Company!
Well this is my second Victor. I've been so pleased with the first I wanted a spare for the future. Just turned 500mi on the first great bike for great $.
The experience with the ordering, and receiving my item was super smooth. I got my bike on time, and it was relatively easy to assemble. The riding experience is amazing, I only had a bit of a snag when my bike chain came off the gear by the pedals (because I shifted gears while not pedaling). I was able to fix the bike chain myself, and it's been smooth riding ever since
Just got it today and put it together and went out for a ride and the battery was full charged and it went 13.0 miles on it witch is good for it I can not wait to itget full charged up to see how fare it gose. It has more spend than my other ebike so to me it a pluse because I uses it to get around with it is so much fun to ride. The only bad thing is like every one says the set is hard but I older a new one for it. Will recommend it to any that wants an ebike
Got them both and on a full charge my son and I got 24 miles of peddle assisted riding in a day, I use bike one for a daily use and abuse with one crash from rider error a total of 50 miles on two full charges, the experience with this bike is excellent

I highly recommend this e-bike. Sturdy, well built, easy to assemble, fast and easy to use the control monitor for speed and distance. The pedals are too small for me and updated to larger Rock Bros pedals (see pics)- other platforms $22 on sale. Also, when I installed the front wheel it rubbed on one side of the brake pad - if this happens to you it can be adjusted by loosening one side of the pads with an Allen Wrench - easy fix. I highly recommend this bike. Pedaling with the battery is exciting and fun!!!

Not at all. Our bikes arrive 85-90% pre-assembled. You typically only need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. Most customers are up and riding in under 45 minutes using the included tool kit and user guide. No professional mechanic is required.
It depends on the model and terrain, but our bikes are built for distance. The Victor Mountain Bike offers up to 40 miles, while the BK20 Motorbike and EC150 Commuter can reach up to 68 miles and 50 miles respectively on pedal-assist mode. Batteries are removable, so you can easily charge them indoors.
