This is a great starter ebike for those looking to get into ebikes. The fact that it comes with disc brakes and suspension is a plus. Though it has quite a lot of downsides. If you haven't worked on bikes before I wouldn't reccomend this bike. The setup is pretty straightforward the guide is outdated and for the more expensive model so some things are wrong. The brakes needed a lot of tuning and adjustment. the front tire rim is not your standard rim and since you are buying quite a cheap ebike expect it to get bent after taking it on a rough ride. Like I went over some traintracks commuting to work and it became bent. The seat is also rather uncomfortable and it doesn't handle bumps very well. Wouldn't take it trailing like its "intended" for being a emtb if you have extra money I would get something from lectric. It does come with tire, seat, and handlebar reflectors but in this day and age you will just have to get a light.

Exactly what I wanted! Arrived earlier than expected date. I have been using for two weeks now to commute to work. Also using it on the weekends to just ride around. Hands down one of the best purchases I have made.
Bike stopped working within 2 months. Customer service is non existent. Throttle won't engage the motor. There is ZERO help through customer service. Money down the drain. Buy a reputable brand that stands by their product, NOT QNUT.
