Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders.


Order Processing

  • Most in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Delivery Time

E-Bikes

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Fulfilled by trusted carriers such as FedEx / UPS depending on the destination.

Accessories

  • Shipped from international warehouses

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days


Pre-Order Items

For pre-order products, total delivery time is calculated as:

processing time + estimated shipping date shown on the product page + transit time


Shipping Notifications

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email.
You can use it to track your shipment at any time.


Shipping Issues & Support

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at:

We will investigate with the carrier and assist you accordingly.


“Delivered but Not Received”

If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Please contact us within 3 calendar days of the delivery notification.

We will initiate an investigation with the logistics provider.


Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect shipping address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • unclaimed package

We may require additional shipping fees for reshipment or handle a refund after the return is confirmed at our warehouse.


Remote Areas

Delivery to remote areas may take longer or may not be available.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. overseas territories (Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands)


Delivery Time Disclaimer

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • weather conditions

  • carrier delays

  • customs clearance

  • peak season demand

  • warehouse processing fluctuations
